Do I have to create an account before I shop?

• No. Feel free to browse our products and service information without creating an account.
• If you are not signed in to an account, when you add a product to your cart you will be prompted to enter your postal code to confirm that we deliver to your area.
• You can choose to create an account at this time or when you check out.

How do I create an account?

• To create an account, click on “My Account” at the top of the website and select “Create an account.”

What is the minimum order?

• Our minimum order requirement is $50.00 (excluding any alcohol or beer purchases and excluding tax and the delivery fee).

How much does delivery cost?

• Orders delivered to residential customers are charged a delivery fee (plus HST).
• Delivery fees start at $7.99 for regular delivery windows.
• The delivery fee may occasionally change for specific delivery windows.
• The delivery fee for business orders is $15.50 (plus HST).

• The Fuel Surcharge Fee is tied to the cost of the diesel fuel that our vehicles use to deliver your grocery order. It is an index-based surcharge that reflects the Average Monthly Diesel Price for Toronto, as reported by Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN).

• As the price of fuel fluctuates, you will see the surcharge accurately and transparently reflected in the Fuel Surcharge Fee at checkout – separate from the delivery cost. Click here for more info on how the fee is calculated.

How do I pay for my order?

• For regular and same day scheduled grocery delivery, you can pay online by VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, American Express or using a Longo’s Gift Card.
• Update as of March 19, 2020: As a result of current events we no longer offer payment at the door.
• Orders must be paid for online, until further notice.
