Remote Shalom with Ramot Shalom Be’er Sheva
Friday, May 14 at 10.15 a.m.
As Israel deals with recent bombardments, let us come together this Friday morning to demonstrate Temple Sinai’s unwavering support for our homeland and our friends at Ramot Shalom in Be’er Sheva.
We will participate in Kabbalat Shabbat prayers and songs together. This will be the Shabbat that precedes Shavuot, during which we read the Book of Ruth.
Rabbinic tradition considers Ruth to be the first Jew by choice. Her story is one that encapsulates kindness and courage. We will consider this topic through study and discussion.
