“My husband was the ultimate synagogue skeptic. Under no circumstance did he want to be a part of ‘that hocus pocus’. I was adamant, however, about being married by Rabbi Dolgin and in order to do so, my betrothed would have to set foot in the building. Now, more than ten years later, we have celebrated together two nursery school graduations, two consecrations, been present for countless tot and family Shabbat services, and been actively involved in Temple’s 50th Anniversary celebration. The warmth and support we have felt from being a part of the Temple community has not only ‘converted’ my husband, but has ensured our place in the Temple family for years to come.”
