Adult Engagement

Lewis David Katzman Library

Jewish education is not just for the die kinder. Our “big kids” need and like to learn too. Whether it’s a study of Genesis or modern-day Jewish life in both Israel and The Diaspora, the joys of group learning never stop at Temple. From our summer lunch and learn series, to our Shabbat study, to our expanded slate of speakers and scholars, Temple’s Adult Studies programming is always fresh, welcoming, and different.

Our clergy and teachers will provide you with insight into traditional Jewish culture, Torah study and Israel. Perhaps learning to chant Torah piques your curiosity? Or maybe you are interested in learning from members of our community about current events, art, music, local Jewish theatre or Holocaust studies.

And because there can be no Torah without bread, there’s always a nosh. Bring your appetite — both kinds!

Exploring Jewish Literature

The Lewis David Katzman Library is a haven where congregants of all ages explore our vast collection of Jewish literature. Our librarian can help you find your next leisure read, research a knotty question, or choose a Jewish book.
