The undersigned member of Temple Sinai Congregation of Toronto hereby nominates, constitutes and appoints Michael B. Fraleigh or the individual named below as a proxy of the undersigned to attend the annual meeting of Temple Sinai Congregation of Toronto to be held on the 19th day of June, 2023, and any adjournment thereof, and to vote and otherwise act thereat for and on behalf and in the name of the undersigned in respect of all matters that may come before the meeting, the undersigned hereby ratifying and confirming and agreeing to ratify and confirm all that such proxy may lawfully do by virtue hereof.
