Temple Sinai Congregation of Toronto

Jessica Taylor

Jessica Taylor is a child of Temple Sinai Congregation. She was inspired through her participation in the Young Adult March of the Living program to deepen her connections to the Jewish community and found her passion lay in Jewish communal work.

Since 2008, Jessica has been working as a Jewish community professional with Canada Israel Experience and UJA Federation. She has worked on the March of the Living, overseeing large-scale volunteer fundraising initiatives, Birthright Israel Leadership training and alumni engagement. As a Jewish professional, Jessica works towards finding ways to help individuals connect with their Jewish identity and build community that is meaningful and relevant to each generation.

To Jessica, Temple Sinai offers a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere. She enjoys taking part in High Holy Days services with her family and Temple Sinai Nextgen outings. Temple is a space where Jessica feels she can connect with and deepen her own Jewish spiritual expression.

Jessica has completed bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology and holds a certificate in Experiential Jewish Education
