Annette is a Career Management Coach and Business Consultant. She has coached and supported hundreds of individuals – students, recent graduates, mid-career and senior-level professionals seeking to transition into their next role. She consults with organizations to attract top talent, improve overall team effectiveness and build strong employer brands. Prior to starting her own coaching practice, Filler Career Management, she was Lead, Career Services at Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Prior to Rotman, Annette was Managing Partner and Co-founder of Next Steps Canada – Outplacement and Career Transition Services and TeamSource Recruitment Services. In addition, Annette was a senior marketing leader at leading advertising agencies and financial services organizations, including RBC, CIBC and Ogilvy.

Annette devotes time to volunteer work with CHW, March of the Living and the UJA ShinShinim Program. Her family has hosted two ShinShinim, and she was a Temple Sinai lay leader for three years.
