Bram is a counsel in the Real Property & Planning Group of McCarthy Tétrault LLP. His practice covers a full range of transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, development and financing.

Bram has spoken at sessions of the International Council of Shopping Centres and has participated in seminars for the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Canadian Bar Association, Insight, Federated Press and The Institute for International Research dealing with commercial leasing, conveyancing and receivership. He is a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and is a contributor to the Second Edition of Shopping Centre Leases (2008). He is also a co-chair of the Advisory Board of the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute.

Bram and his wife, Beth, have two children—Kate and Emmett and two granddaughters—Claire and Alice.
