Sinai Connections Form
Sinai Connections is all about bringing our Temple family closer together. If you would like to be part of any of these existing groups or have an idea that will bring our Temple family closer together, please contact us.
What Our Members Say...
One takes a ball of yarn, casts on some stitches and in the end, one has a toque for the soldiers, a hat and scarf for the homeless, or a blanket for the women’s shelter. This is very satisfying to me.

My family joined Temple Sinai four years ago and we’re so pleased we did. Joining Maj Connections has proved a very positive way for me to connect with others at Temple; new friendships have developed.
As a result, I’ve accessed other Temple programs such as KIDushat Shabbat, delivering fresh produce to seniors, and being asked this past year to consult on the committee involved with redoing the Al Green Hall.

I was looking to extend my current exercise routine when Power of Posture and Pilates Classes became available at Temple. I hadn’t taken group classes before, but I was inspired to participate at Temple because of the friendly, familiar and nonjudgmental environment, the opportunity to meet new Temple Members, the extremely affordable cost for the classes and the excellent instructors. The classes are great and I would encourage others to join!

I’m very involved in Temple and Temple activities, but the Lawyer Connections group has introduced me to other counsel Temple members. As a criminal lawyer, I don’t normally mingle with the non-criminal bar. I look forward to future events.

More than just a religious institution, Temple Sinai is an important part of my and my family’s Jewish life. I feel included and welcome while I enjoy the “community centre” aspect of our synagogue. I participate in activities, attend lectures, and of course, film festivals—all within the context of Reform Judaism. I have also made many good friends through Temple and I treasure that part of my participation.
