The Future is Female: A Panel of Powerhouse Jewish Women

In honour of International Women’s Day, Queens Hillel is partnering with the Reform Jewish Community of Canada (RJCC) to give you a panel of four impressive Jewish women, each a pioneer in their own right:

• Rabbi Dara Litwick is a constitutional and parliamentary affairs lawyer in Ottawa at the House of Commons.
• Sara Charney is the first Canadian President of the Women of Reform Judaism.
• Kim Werker is a trailblazing advocate for Jewish initiatives to fight climate change through the Vancouver-based Tikkun Olam Steering Committee.
• Rabbah Gila Caine, a Jerusalem native now based in Edmonton, is actively creating a Jewish response to the climate crisis, viewing this as a moment of spiritual reckoning for humanity and life on Earth.
