Virtual Sinai Connections Exercise Classes
Spring/Summer Session Registration
Be kind to yourself and sign up for the spring/summer session of the Sinai Connections exercise classes.
Join us for Pilates and/or Power of Posture. Both classes work on improving posture, core strength and overall fitness. Pilates offers a full-body exercise program using breathing and core engagement to strengthen and lengthen muscles. Power of Posture uses strengthening and light aerobic exercises, balance work and stretching to improve posture and back strength.
A trial class can be arranged if you haven’t taken any of the Sinai Connections exercise classes.
