“Parenting” Adult Children — What to do with your opinion when no one is asking?
When our kids were young, we consumed books from the experts telling us everything we needed to know to be the best parents we could be. We devoured information from What To Expect When You’re Expecting to all the best practices through the difficult teenage years. At every stage, we wondered what’s the best thing to do right now?

Now our children are adults. Many of us are challenged as never before in our new role as parents. We must: transition to adult-to adult relationships; relinquish control (that we no longer have) and move to becoming an influencer not an enforcer; accept their decisions, their priorities, their boundaries and their partners.

What’s a parent to do?
